输入一电流指令型号给力矩马达的线圈将会产生电磁力作用于街铁的两端,街铁因此而带动弹簧管内的挡板偏转。而挡板的偏转将减少某一个喷嘴的流量,进而改变了与此喷嘴相通德阀芯一侧压力,推动阀芯朝一边移动。 |

阀芯的位移打开了供油口与一个控制油口与另一控制油口之间的油路。同时阀芯的位移也对弹簧杆产生一个作用力,此作用力形成了对衔接挡板组件的回复力矩。 |

当此力矩与由于矩马达的电磁作用在衔铁挡板处的力矩相平衡时,挡板回到零位,滑阀阀芯保持这一平衡状态的开启位置,直到输入的给定信号发生变化。总之,阀芯的位移与输入的电流信号大小成正比,在恒定的阀口压降下,流过阀的负载流量与阀芯的位移成正比。 |
