浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司对自动顶空进样器与气相色谱法联用技术测定环境空气和废气中甲醇的方法进行了研究。结果表明:当样品加入4 g氯化钠,顶空平衡温度为80℃,平衡时间为20 min,用5%Carbowax 20M Carbopack B柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测时,得到甲醇标准曲线方程为y=23 415x+237.2,相关系数(R)0.999 4;检出限为0.002 mg/m3,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.5%,加标回收率为98.9%。该方法简单、灵敏、分离度好、检出限低。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. has carried out research on the method of measuring methanol in ambient air and exhaust gas by using automatic headspace sampler and gas chromatography. The results show that when the sample is added with 4 g of sodium chloride, the headspace equilibrium temperature is 80°C, the equilibrium time is 20 min, and the sample is separated by a 5% Carbowax 20M Carbopack B column and detected by a hydrogen flame ionization detector, the methanol standard curve equation is obtained. It is y=23 415x+237.2, the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.999 4; the detection limit is 0.002 mg/m3, the relative standard deviation (n=6) is 0.5%, and the recovery rate of standard addition is 98.9%. The method is simple, sensitive, good resolution, and low detection limit.
