低合金方管顾名思义,它是种用Q345B(低合金材质)钢带方形体的管型,Q345B材质是替代16Mn 标准,16Mn是旧国标GB/T1591-1988中的低合金高强度结构钢的牌号,新国标GB/T1591-1994中的牌号为Q345(Q345有5个质量等级,Q345A~Q345E),Q345A对应美国ASTM的牌号是Gr·50。很多种材质的物质都可以形成方管体,它介质于,干什么用,用在什么地方,大多数方管以钢管为多数,多为结构方管,装饰方管,建筑方管等.16Mn是一种钢管的材质。Mn代表的是这种材质的屈服,另一种,就是在Q345左右。并会随着材质的厚度的增加而使其屈服值减小。 Q345系列矩形管有Q345A,Q345B,Q345C,Q345D,Q345E等级区分,所代表的主要是冲击的温度有所不同而矣!Q345A级,是不做冲击;Q345B级,是20度常温冲击;Q345C级,是0度冲击;Q345D级,是-20度冲击;Q345E级,是-40度冲击。在不同的冲击温度,冲击的数值也有所不同。在板材里,属低合金系列。在低合金的材质里,此种材质为*普通的。Q345矩形方管过去的一种叫法为:16Mn矩形管
