1.0 Introduction
1.1 System Description
Radio frequency admittance level controller(controller for short as following),is a level control instrument designed and produced based on adopting international advanced technology and function of same kind products. It is composed of sensing probe, electronic control unit, and protection enclosure,adopted tri-terminal coce-shield technique,completely eliminating the error action cause of material coating, temperature, pressure, media, etc. and increasing the stability of product. It may be widely applied in the field of metallurgy, chemical, petroleum, power, foodstuff, paper, coal, construction material, medication etc. for level, liquid level control and alarm,and it may implement automatic control and automatic detecting of production process using with PLC programmable controller or DCS system.
1.2 Theory of Operation
DE serial RF admittance controller employs radio frequency admittance technique, controller is composed of two parts electronic circuitry and probe,electronic circuitry includes high-frequency vibrator, test circuitry, output circuit, probe consists of a probe pole and a cover,between both of them and between them and grounding vessel are insulation one another,the stable RF voltage is provided by high-frequency vibrator sent to the detecting pole, when the level touches detecting pole,outputs an unbalance voltage to drive relay action disposed by demodulator and amplifier.
