LWS型三相分离卧式螺旋卸料沉降离心机是一种全新的复合离心机,其结构主要由:沉降区、干燥区二个部分组成。浆料进入离心机的沉降区后,在离心力的作用下,固相、重液和轻液相被沉降分离开,重液从转鼓大端排出,轻液通过特殊装置排出,固相被螺旋输料器输送到小端的干燥区脱水后排出。进料、分离、出液、排渣均是连续自动完成。
工作原理:
- 固―液―液分离
三相分离卧式螺旋卸料沉降离心机工作原理基本同普通卧式螺旋卸料沉降离心机相似。两种液体和一种固体进入离心机后,利用固―液―液比重差,并依靠离心力场使之扩大几千倍,固相在离心力的作用下被沉降,两种液相也出现分层,从而实现固―液―液三相分离,并在特殊机构的作用下分别排出机体。整个进料过程和分离过程是连续、密封、自动完成的。

Centrifuge is similar with the Plain Type one. When two kinds of liquid and one kind of solid flows into the centrifuge, expanding thousands of times by using the solid - liquid- liquid weight difference and relying on centrifugal force field, then the solid phase is subsided under the action of centrifugal force, two kinds of liquid is layered, in order to achieve the solid - liquid- liquid three-phase separation, and flow out the organism respectively by the function of special organization. The whole charge in and separation process is continuous, airproof and automatic.
