IBCs容器使用说明
1灌装FILLING
首次使用前应进行灌装物与IBC原材料的相容性试验。灌装时使用外径小于140mm的
导管进行灌装。热灌装温度不应超过70摄氏度，灌装物冷却至环境温度后方可拧紧桶盖。
Before flling. the chemical ligquid and IBC faw material should be made chemical
compatibility testing at the first time. Fill through the pipe with external diamcier less
than 140mm.The temperature of hot flling liquid shall not exceed 70C .Closures
shouldn't be scrcwed tighily until the liquid cooling to environment temperature.
2排液DISCHARGE
排液前先打开灌装桶差，拧下阀门前端螺纹盖、撕开铝箔(如果有)。如使用阀门接
管，需将其套入螺纹盖中并拧到阀门上，取下安全螺丝(图1)顺时针开启阀门放
料，放料完成后逆时针关闭阀门至限位位置，安装安全螺性，拧上灌装桶盖。
Remove the cap of the IBC. and valve 。then tear the
aluminuem foil. If using pipes for easy drain. set into the
scaling cap and screw onto the discharge valve. Remove
security screw(Figure 1) ，and open valve clockwise.
Finished, close the valve aoticlockwise to limit position,
and install screw
3装卸LIFTING
容器底部提开时，叉车叉臂穿过整个钢框后方可提升，不应使用顶部提升。堆码时，
上面容器底部钢框应置于下面容器顶部钢框内(图2) .叉车又臂不允许撞击叉孔以
外的部位。
The IBCs should be lifhed from the bottom. The lifting
from the top is forbidden. The IBCs could only be lifed
when the arm of the forklit through the whole steel
box.The IBCs should be stacked io line(Figure 2).Don't hit
the IBCs.

4装载运输LOADING&TRANSPORTION
集装箱成车辆应具备至少与容器等高的刚性围壁和护栏。两层装载时，应在车厢或集装
箱内放置合适的缓冲物并捆扎(图3) .
The container or vehicles sbould be cequipped with rigid
wall or surrounding bar which are not lower than the beight
of the BCs. Users should place proper cushions and take
methods 10o fix every IBC (Figure3).
