齿轮泵的分类
属于结构简单,纳污能力强,工作压力相对较低,成本较低的一种, 广泛用于农业机械:拖拉机、收割机等。工程机械:叉车、自卸车等。
齿轮泵按照齿轮的啮合形式可分为外啮合式和内啮合式两种,按照齿形曲线有渐开线形、圆弧齿形和摆线齿形。
2)外啮合齿轮泵
( 1 )外啮合齿轮泵的结构。主要由主动齿轮、从动齿轮、壳体、前后泵体、密封圈和轴承等组成。

( 2 )外啮合齿轮泵的工作原理
密封容腔由壳体、端盖和两对齿轮的啮合部位组成。配流装置由齿轮啮合线将吸油区和压油区隔开,起配流作用。
(3)外啮合齿轮泵的几个问题
①泄漏问题
端面泄露:齿轮端面和轴承套端面之间间隙占80% ,
径向泄露:齿顶与壳体之间间隙15%
啮合线泄露:两个齿轮互相啮合部位之间间隙。5%减小端面泄漏的方法:采用端面间隙自动补偿。
②径向不平衡力。
泵内压力腔的油液经过径向间隙逐渐渗漏到吸油腔,其压力逐渐减小,液压力作用在齿轮上的合力大致为图中力F的方向,此力由轴承来承受,因而影响了轴承的寿命,往往成为提高泵工作压力的限制因素。
消除方法:
1缩小压油C即压力的作用面积减小径向不平衡力
2.增泵体内表面与齿轮顶圆的间隙,使在径向不平衡力作用时齿顶和泵体不接触。
3.开压力平衡槽,但泄漏大,很少用
③流量脉动。随着啮合点位置的不断变化,吸、压油腔在每-瞬间的容积变化率是不均匀的,因此齿轮泵的瞬时流量是脉动的。
④困油现象及消除措施。由 ( a )旋转到 b )所示位置时,闭死容积由大变到小;由( b )旋转到( C )所示位置时,闭死容积从小变到大。这种现象称之为困油现象。
危害:减小时使被困油挤出产生高压,增大时会造成真空产生穴现象。
消除措施:在轴承套上开卸荷槽 , 当闭死容积由大变小时,借助卸荷槽与压油腔相通。当闭死容积由小变大时,借助卸荷槽与吸油腔相通。
齿轮泵优缺点:
结构简单、尺寸小、重量轻、价格低、工作可靠、自吸能力强、对油液污染不敏感。
泄漏量大、工作压力低。流量脉动大。
提高工作压力的措施:
减小端面泄漏。齿轮端面间隙自动补偿。

液压传动技术在机械中的应用.
驱动机械运动的机构以及各种传动和操纵装置有多中形式。根据所用的不见和零件,可分为机械的、电气的、气动的、液压的传动装置。经常还将不同的形式组合起来运用一四位一体。由于液压传动具有很多优点,使这种新技术发展的很快。液压传动应用与金属切割机床也不过四五十年的历史。航空工业在1930年以后才开始采用。特别是近二三十年一来液压技术在各种工业中的应用越来越广泛。
1、在机床上,液压传动常应用在以下的- -些装置中
1.1进给 传动装置磨床砂轮架和工作台的进给运动大部分采用液压传动;车床、六角车床、自动车床的刀架或转塔刀架,铣床、刨床、组合机床的工作台等的进给运动也都采用液压传动。这些部件有的要求快速移动,有的要求慢速移动。有的既要求快速移动,也要求慢速移动。这些运动多半要求有较大的调速范围,要求在工作中无级调速;有的要求持续进给,有的要求间歇进给;有的要求在负载变化下速度恒定,有的要求有良好的换向性能等等。所有这些要求都是可以用液压传动来实现的。
1.2往复主题运动传动装置龙i刨床的工作台、牛头刨床或插床的滑枕,由于要求作高速往复直线运动并且要求换向冲击小、换向时间短、能耗低,因此都可以采用液压传动。
1.3仿形装置车床、铣床、刨床上的仿形加工可以采用液压伺服系统来完成。起精度可达0.01-0. 02m。此外,磨床上的成型砂轮修正装置亦可采用这系统。
1.4 辅助装置机床上的夹紧装置、齿轮箱变速操纵装置、丝杆螺母间隙消除装置、垂直移动部件平衡装置、分度装置、工件和刀具装卸装置、工件输送装置等,采用液压传动,有利于简化机床结构,提高机床自动化程度。
1.5静压支承重型机床、高速机床、高精度机床上的轴承、导轨、丝杆螺母机构等处采用液压静支承后,可以提高工作平稳性和运动精度。
2、液压传动技术在工程机械行走驱动中的应用
行走驱动系统是工程机械的重要组成部分。与工作系统相比,行走驱动系统不仅需要传输更大的功率,要求器件具有更高的效率和更长的寿命,还希望在变速调速、差速、改变输出轴旋转方向及反向传输动力等方面具有良好的能力。于是,采用何种传动方式,如何更好地满足各种工程机械行走驱动的需要,-直是工程机械行业所要面对的课题。尤其是近年来,随着我国交通、能源等基础设施建设进程的快速发展,建筑施工和资源开发规模不断扩大,工程机械在市场需求大大增强的同时,更面临着作业环境更为苛刻、工沉条件更为复杂等所带来的挑战,也进一步推动着对其行走驱动系统的深入研究。
液压传动是一种可达到传递动力、增加动力、改变速比等目的的传动方式。液压传动是以液体为工作介质,靠处于密闭容器内的液体静压力来传递力的传动方式,静压力的大小取决于负载,而负载速度的传递是按液体容积变化相等的原则进行的,其速度大小取决于流量;如果忽略损失,液压传动所传递的力与速度无关。
