本方法适用于恶臭污染源排气和环境空气中硫化氢、甲硫醇、甲硫醚和二甲二硫的同时测定。气相色谱仪的火焰光度检测器(GC-FPD)对四种成分的检出限为0.2X10⁻⁹ ~1.0X10⁻⁹g,当气体样品中四种成分浓度高于1.0mg/m³时,可取1~2mL气体样品直接注入气相色谱仪分析。对1L气体样品进行浓缩,四种成分的方法检出限分别为0. 2X10⁻³~1.0X10⁻³mg/m³。
本方法以经真空处理的1L采气瓶采集无组织排放源恶臭气体或环境空气样品,以聚酯塑料袋采集排气简内恶臭气体样品。硫化物含量较高的气体样品可直接用注射器取样1~2mL,注入安装火焰光度检测器(FPD)的气相色谱仪分析。当直接进样体积中硫化物绝对量低于仪器检岀限时,则需以浓缩管在以液氧为致冷剂的低温条件下对1L气体样品中的硫化物进行浓缩,浓缩后将浓缩管连入色谱仪分析系统并加热至100℃,使全部浓缩成分流经色谱柱分离,由FPD对各种硫化物进行定量分析。在一定浓度范围内,各种硫化物含量的对数与色谱峰高的对数成正比。

This method collects odor gas or ambient air samples from unorganized emission sources using a vacuum treated 1L gas collection cylinder, and collects odor gas samples from exhaust gas strips using polyester plastic bags. Gas samples with high sulfide content can be directly sampled with a syringe for 1-2 mL and injected into a gas chromatograph equipped with a flame photometric detector (FPD) for analysis. When the absolute amount of sulfides in the direct injection volume is lower than the instrument detection limit, it is necessary to concentrate the sulfides in a 1L gas sample using a concentration tube under low temperature conditions with liquid oxygen as the refrigerant. After concentration, connect the concentration tube to the chromatographic analysis system and heat it to 100 ℃, allowing all concentrated components to flow through the chromatographic column for separation. Various sulfides are quantitatively analyzed by FPD. Within a certain concentration range, the logarithm of the content of various sulfides is proportional to the logarithm of the chromatographic peak height.
