浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司考察了多种Al2O3对低碳烃的保留性能,采用γ-Al2O3作固定相,2%Na2SO4水溶液脱活成功研制出0.32 mm×50 m Al2O3PLOT(porous layer open tubular)石英毛细管色谱柱。该柱对C1~C8低碳烃具有较强的分离能力,具有良好的选择性、柱惰性和较高的柱容量。建立了液化气的色谱分析方法,色谱条件:汽化160℃,检测180℃,柱温80℃,保持4 min,升速8℃/min,终温160℃,保持11 min;FID检测;载气(N2)柱前压0.042 MPa,分流比约180∶1,尾吹25mL/min,空气流量350 mL/min,氢气流量35 mL/min;进样量50μL。
